This role focuses on leading legal operations for debt collections through litigation, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing Legal Operations Team focused on collections through litigation (e.g., small claims case filing).
• Manage external agencies handling a portion of the legal collections process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Provide insights and develop strategies to improve legal collections success rates while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Make fact‑based decisions under pressure and / or adverse conditions to drive legal collections and process improvements.
• Oversee the legal collections process, including :
