Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, operations, and finance.Lead business development initiatives and partnerships.Operations ManagementOversee daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, sales, and marketing.
Ensure efficient supply chain and inventory management.Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.Financial OversightDrive cost-efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Sales & MarketingOversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and trade channels.
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in managing operations, sales, and financial performance.Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and FMCG market dynamics.Preferred Skills
Experience in both distribution and manufacturing environments.Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.Experience managing both B2B and B2C channels.Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
