Sales Manager (Makati)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the industrial, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team targets are met.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, tracking progress against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
