This is a remote position.

Job Highlights :

  • Contract type : Independent Contractor
  • Schedule :  9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday

Time zone :   Brisbane, QLD

Overview

We’re a specialist executive recruitment firm based in Brisbane, Australia, and we’re looking for a reliable

Team Recruitment Coordinator   to join us remotely from the Philippines. This role is perfect for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and can keep things organized.

Responsibilities :

  • Phone screen candidates against job requirements
  • Format and prepare résumés for client submission
  • Source candidates using Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and job boards
  • Create and maintain client contact lists for business development and mail-outs
  • Assist with reports, proposals, and preparing images / PDFs for clients
  • Create graphics and help post content on LinkedIn (company page and groups)
  • Prepare reports in MS Excel
  • Coordinate diaries for interviews and meetings
  • Send mail-outs and communications to candidates
  • Provide ad-hoc admin support and assist with events when required
  • Requirements

  • Previous admin, recruitment support, or virtual assistant experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • High attention to detail with strong document formatting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and online search tools
  • Creative flair with Canva or similar design tools (a plus)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
