Job Description :
The Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative and operational support to the project management team to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide assistances the project manager onsite adhering to the project management procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members, including technical staff, vendors, stakeholders and to his / her Superior.
- Escalate, track and manage project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all project records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide first-line support for software-related inquiries and issues, resolving basic technical problems and escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
- Log and track support tickets using the designated ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic usage.
- Handle end-user concerns and complaints with professionalism.
- Troubleshoot common software problems and provide solutions or workarounds.
- Assist in Developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist clients in using the software effectively.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.2 years or less experience in administrative / project coordination role.ITIL certification is an advantage.Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking ability.Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.Experience working with LGUs or public sector clients is advantageous.Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is a plus.Knowledgeable of Software Development Lifecycle is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle client concerns and complaints.
