Purpose : This role will manage the Accounts Payables functions on behalf of Spotlight Retail Group –

Reporting to Accounts Manager in Melbourne and assisting the retail arm of the business, you will provide Accounts Payable services for the Spotlight & Anaconda entities.

The role is responsible for : -

• Processing Sundry (non-Merchandise) Invoices using eFlow system
• Resolve exceptions or mismatches flagged by the OCR system
• Ensure all invoices are processed within agreed timelines
• Oversee and manage GL and user accounts within the OCR system
• Addressing all internal and external Stakeholder queries
• Ensuring adequate audit trail is maintained for all financial transactions
• Ad-Hoc Duties as requested
• Processing Rent uploads
