Role Description
- Develop the implementation plan with the Research Director
- Lead project coordination, implementation, and day-to-day management of the project. The research manager is the lead coordinator of Kantar with Client
- Ensure implementation of the work plan according to schedule
- Draft the field report which details the study\'s methodology and provide observations and recommendations pertaining to data collection
- Lead the weekly or monthly reports and meetings for Client
- Lead the training of test administration with the guidance and direction of Client
Role Requirements
At least five (5) years work experience, either in qualitative or quantitative researchCollege degree in Communications Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management or related disciplineKnowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and / or tools is an advantageProficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and WordDemonstrates intellectual and professional integrityGood networking skills and service orientationInnovative, adaptable and flexibleAble to work independently with minimal supervisionArticulate at conveying ideas, both oral and writtenA fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to detailsLocation
