RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department, assisting with tasks related to recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee data.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and time management skills : HR Assistants handle multiple tasks and deadlines, requiring excellent organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills : Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices : A basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures is helpful.
- Confidentiality : Handling sensitive employee information requires a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail : Accuracy is crucial in HR tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Must have working laptop and desktop and WiFi / internet
