Office Staff (HR Generalist / Payroll Staff) – Work Schedule (M-Sat 9 AM-5 PM)
Responsibilities :
- Dynamic role with HR and Payroll responsibilities
- Organize excursions, team-building activities, corporate events and relevant trainings / seminars
- Enhance company culture
- Liaise and address employee-related concerns
- Execute Payroll functions, file and document SSS, BIR, and PAG-IBIG requirements
- Strong familiarity with computers is a MUST to be able to use the Payroll Software and enter data into SAP Business One, Excel and Google Sheets
- Verify the accuracy of hours worked, overtime, etc.
- Compile data and prepare reports
Qualifications :
Male or FemaleWith at least 5 years work experience in a Payroll function (Compute and validate payroll, Generate payslips, Processing of loans and contributions, etc)Must be organized and hardworkingOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsFully Vaccinated and in good physical healthComputer literateRequired Skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)SAP Business One Experience is a plusSalary Offer : 25,000 negotiable
