QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 2 years of HR Coordinator experience
Strong knowledge of Labor Law & employment equity regulations
Skilled in HR functions, people management & record-keeping
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, email & HR software
Organized, detail-oriented & can meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving & conflict management skills
Lives near Katarungan Village, Muntinlupa
Willing to work onsite
Open to Male or Female, 30–40 years old
