- With the objective to bolster support for the growth of SLIMTC, and allowing for more focused leadership in the Sales Team, the Head of the Sales will now purely focus on Sales given the expansion in scope to include the Agency Sales, and the Marketing responsibilities shall now be handled by another team. The new Head of Sales is a comprehensive position covering both the strategic and operational aspects of sales across various channels.The Head of Sales is primarily responsible for the implementation of the business plan to achieve sales and revenue targets across all our client segments.This role involves strategically leading, managing and optimizing support for the Agency distribution network by developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns, fostering strong business relationships with distribution partners (SLOCPI Agency & third party).This role is likewise responsible in overseeing the Direct Sales Channel covering Institutional Trust accounts to achieve volume and income targets, developing direct sales capabilities and strategies, building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring effective implementation of sales processes to drive sustainable business growth.The role also functions as the product owner of the online platform (via third party vendor or in-house), a digital selling tool used to onboard direct retail clients, to ensure competitiveness and compliance of the platform to internal and external regulations.
