Job descriptionLead and oversee all operations in the Mandaluyong to ensure efficient performance and profitability. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals. Manage budgets, resources, and key performance indicators to ensure targets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Drive the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies. Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing work environment. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. A strong educational background, preferably in business administration or a related field. Proven experience in leading operations and managing organization-wide items Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in strategic planning and operational management.
