The candidate will also handle after-sales support, modifications, and escalate complex concerns when needed. To succeed in this role, you should be able to remain professional and composed when dealing with challenging situations, and have strong communication skills with experience using computer systems.

Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role such as customer success, customer support, or similar roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) is advantageous. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. A positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
