Oversees end-to-end live broadcast production, from planning and resource allocation to execution and post-event evaluation. Responsibilities include leading and training hosts, coordinating with technical and marketing teams, ensuring content quality and brand compliance, monitoring performance metrics like viewership and sales, and troubleshooting technical issues to optimize audience engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in communications, media, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in live streaming or broadcast production

Proficiency with live streaming software and hardware

Strong leadership and communication skills

Analytical abilities for data interpretation, and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
