- Total hours : 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day | 5 days a week
- Monday - Friday
- 10 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM Los Angeles, CA time (or 2 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 AM Manila time)

Responsibilities :
Conduct email marketing campaigns and lead generation activitiesManage and update CRM system with accurate lead information and interaction historyPerform telemarketing and cold calling to prospective business clientsWrite compelling proposals for potential clientsBook qualified appointments for the sales closing teamExecute follow-up calls and email sequences to nurture leadsQualify leads through multiple touchpoints and conversationsNavigate past gatekeepers to reach decision makersHandle objections and pushbacks with professionalism and persistenceFill the sales team's calendar with high-quality, qualified meetingsUpdate lead records and maintain data accuracy in the CRM systemRequirements
Strong communication skills with confident phone presenceProven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing is requiredExperience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate dataAbility to handle rejection and maintain persistence in outreach effortsBackground in business-to-business sales or lead generationComfortable with both email and telephone-based outreach methodsMoney-driven mindset with focus on exceeding targets and earning commissionsExperience in qualifying leads and managing sales pipelinesScope :
