The NDIS / Healthcare Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of the organisation’s client and staff data. This position is responsible for managing and administering our key operational software systems, including the client management system, Visual Care, and the medication management system, Medisphere.
The role involves ensuring accurate reporting, compliance tracking, data governance, and proactive coordination with internal teams to support high-quality care delivery for NDIS participants. A strong focus on attention to detail, data administration, and daily system monitoring is essential.

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary : Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippine public holidays
4. Probation : 6 months and after Probation
5. HMO offered after 6-month probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES : 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
Requirements
Proven experience in database administration, information systems, or data management. Familiarity with NDIS processes, documentation, and reporting requirements. Previous experience with a client management system is highly desirable Demonstrated capability in producing accurate database reports and managing large data sets. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and administrative skills. Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action. Proficient digital and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
