The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role handles various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping and payroll support, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Generalist ensures that company policies and practices are properly implemented to support a productive and positive workplace.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and validating attendance and timekeeping data
- Coordinate performance evaluations and training initiatives
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements (DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, etc.)
- Administer employee benefits and facilitate government-mandated filings
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events
- Support HR initiatives and policy development
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldWith at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR functionsKnowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, HR best practices, and government complianceFamiliarity with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantageExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrityCan work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
