Key Responsibilities :
Oversee core sales operations while fostering strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Take full accountability for managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Produce accurate, timely performance reports for both management review and team insights.
Design and execute a strategic sales plan for dealership operations aimed at meeting revenue and growth objectives. Ensure alignment with overall business goals to expand market share in the Philippines.
Promote a high-performance, collaborative sales culture through consistent coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing team development.
Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure departmental KPIs are consistently met.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively presenting Cartrack’s product offerings and value propositions.
Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and develop tailored pricing strategies and deal structures.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in a dealership sales setting, ideally within the automotive, showroom, or distribution industries.
Leadership : Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams with advanced leadership capabilities.
Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Language : Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is typically required.
