TL AISA : Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field with at least 2-3 years of working experience in HRIS and payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Complete understanding of all related timekeeping policies, benefits and procedures.
- Ensures that timekeeping is done efficiently – Accuracy, Timeliness and Completeness.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and HR related software / applications on payroll, timekeeping, compensation and benefit.
- Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities :
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and deductions
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
