Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent Real-time experience in the same domain is preferred Good eyesight Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision Strong regard for quality assurance Full-time, Permanent Paid training 8 hour shift 13th month salary Overtime pay Graduate of any 4-year course At least 1 year relevant work experience in Quality Control / Assurance or similar field preferred Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure Strong organization and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software Possesses complete knowledge and understanding of the JMS system Aims for zero unsolved problematic packages by following SOPs Inspects and documents daily received items of shipping and delivery branch Inspects and documents daily delivery of items to avoid delays and detect lost packages Registers in JMS RTS, Problematic, and Unclaimed packages; validates accuracy of registrations to avoid penalties Reports status to customers in coordination with admin Checks COD transactions for delivery completion Follows up undelivered items; documents dispositions Monitors return transactions and documents payments of RTS fees Ensures branches comply with SOPs and coordinates with Customer Service Submits penalty recommendations to Area Manager for violations Monitors regional QC performance and generates daily reports Coordinates with QCs from different regions Resolves registered pending packages by coordinating with branches Prepares daily penalty and sales reports Verifies cancellation requests before deletion Provides data and reports for investigations and rewards Duties may be revised by J&T Express at its discretion Responsible for safety by strict implementation of GLP and cGMP Prepare and properly label all laboratory test solutions as per approved procedures Proper handling and documentation of laboratory reagents, apparatus and instruments Proper collection and storage of hazardous laboratory waste Routine checking, maintenance and availability of operating procedures for assigned instruments On-time testing, proper documentation and timely submission of results including OOS results Routine analysis of raw materials, in-process products, finished products, stability samples, and packaging materials Routine documentation and inventory of reagents, glassware, equipment Proper use and storage of QC laboratory documents Maintenance of safety and cleanliness of QC laboratory area Full-time, Permanent On-site parking Paid training Pay raise Transportation service provided 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Shift system 13th month salary Overtime pay
