What will you do?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing by working across a variety of platforms and channels.
You’ll be supported by our Marketing Manager who will oversee your onboarding, provide guidance, and ensure your work remains aligned with business goals. This position does not require you to lead strategy, manage internal marketing teams, or oversee advanced campaign planning — instead, your focus will be on the seamless delivery of tactical marketing tasks
Content CreationAssist with writing and editing marketing content with the assistance of AI (e.g. blogs, social media posts, landing pages)Produce simple visual assets using design tools such as Canva and CapCut (e.g. social graphics, videos)Social Media ManagementCreate, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)Monitor engagement and report on performance metricsEmail Marketing CampaignsBuild and send email campaigns using marketing automation toolsManage contact lists and optimise email performance through A / B testing and reportingWebsite UpdatesMake basic content updates to websites via CMS (e.g. WordPress)Coordinate with developers for more complex changesData Analysis & ReportingCompile performance data from various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce)Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights \CRM ManagementMaintain and update CRM dataSupport lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey trackingBudget MonitoringTrack campaign and ad spend to ensure budget complianceFlag anomalies or areas for optimisationJoin the awesome team and enjoy these benefits & perks :
