Marketing Coordinator (Social Media & Email Marketing)

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : 40 hours a week

Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm NZST includes 30-minute unpaid break

Client Timezone : New Zealand (NZST / NZDT)

Responsibilities :

Create and manage social media content across various platforms

Design graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) using Klaviyo

Edit and produce engaging social media content including short reels and posts

Create compelling captions and copy that resonate with the target audience

Collaborate on content strategy and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns

Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community

Work with provided materials (photos, content) to create polished marketing assets

Requirements :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo

Social media management and content creation experience

Basic video editing skills for social media content

Marketing background with ability to create engaging content independently

Strong copywriting skills for captions and marketing materials

Creative mindset with ability to contribute strategic ideas

Experience working with fashion or retail brands preferred

Scope :

Work during New Zealand business hours

Manage marketing efforts for both online store and physical retail locations

Support marketing initiatives for women's fashion brand targeting mature demographic

Collaborate remotely while maintaining strong communication with local team

Requirements
