Job Overview :
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by generating qualified leads and setting the stage for successful sales interactions. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities : 1. Prospecting :
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, and email campaigns.
2. Lead Generation :
Generate and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and pain points.3. Communication :
Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects to build interest in our products / services.Clearly articulate the company's value proposition and offerings.4. Appointment Setting :
Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of leads.5. CRM Management :
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (GHL).6. Feedback Loop :
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect insights.Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics.Requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.Excellent conversational communication skills, both verbal and written, with minimal to no accent.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Familiarity with GHL.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Someone with extensive experience in B2B Appointment Setting, Beauty IndustryWilling to work part time and AEST TimeRequirements
