Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Head to lead our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will not only ensure accurate financial reporting and full compliance with tax regulations but also take initiative in improving processes, identifying risks, and driving financial strategies that support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, income tax, etc.) in compliance with BIR and other regulatory agencies.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Take initiative in identifying process improvements in accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when needed.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
