Operations Manager – Strategic Consulting Firm (Remote, U.S.)
Schedule : 11 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM ET (Melbourne, FL time) + 3 flexible hours

We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-impact, boutique consulting firm that partners with leading science and healthcare organizations transforming the world through innovation. Their clients are developing breakthrough therapies and revolutionizing healthcare — and this firm builds the cultures and operational systems that allow these organizations to succeed.
They’re seeking a senior Operations Manager to own and scale all back-office operations. This is a high-visibility, strategic, and hands-on role where you’ll :
Lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense strategy
Build and optimize scalable operational systems, including AI and automation solutions
Oversee HR administration, compliance, and recruiting processes
Manage client contracting, vendor relationships, and technology infrastructure
Lead and develop the Operations Coordinator and scale the function as the firm grows
You will directly enable the leadership team to focus on strategy and client impact while ensuring the firm’s operational engine runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ideal Candidate
7+ years’ operations experience in a U.S.-based consulting or professional services firm
Proven ability to manage team members and delegate effectively
Strong financial and systems acumen with experience designing scalable processes
Hands-on success implementing AI or automation tools to improve efficiency
Proficiency with Excel, Asana (or similar), and QuickBooks / Gusto
