Overview

The Project Director oversees the end-to-end management of real estate development projects—from land acquisition, planning, and design, through project operations, construction, turnover, and close-out. The role drives project success by achieving sales, revenue, construction, and customer satisfaction targets. The Project Director leads cross-functional coordination and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, property development, or real estate operations
• Extensive experience in construction management, financial planning, sales coordination, and customer service
• Background in managing large-scale, cross-functional project teams and external partners
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project financials, and sales and marketing coordination
• Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and verbal
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
