Qualifications (Tools, Skills) :
Any 4 year course Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Organizational and documentation skills
1–3 years of experience in employee relations, or a similar role
Proven track record of resolving workplace issues and supporting employee engagement initiatives
Job Responsibilities :
Personnel Monitoring
Conduct regular check-ins and maintain oversight of employee attendance, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
Employee Concern Handling
Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to workplace behavior, performance, or interpersonal matters.
Support to Business Development Officer
Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.
Administrative Support
Perform various administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and assisting in HRIS / IRMS updates as needed. Policy Reinforcement
Ensure employees are informed of and adhere to company policies, providing reminders and clarifications when necessary.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, concerns raised, and actions taken, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
