QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
With at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
With experienced handling SENA and NLRC cases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and support the Employee Relations team, providing guidance, training, and coaching.
Serve as the primary contact for complex employee relations issues, ensuring timely, fair, and consistent resolution.
Conduct and oversee investigations into workplace complaints, policy violations, and employee grievances.
Advise managers and supervisors on performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor workplace culture and recommend improvements to foster employee engagement and retention.
Track and analyze employee relations metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Support training initiatives on topics such as workplace behavior, conflict resolution, and employment law compliance.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and other departments on sensitive or high-risk cases.
