GENERAL DESCRIPTION
A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance a company's brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role involves leveraging various digital channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising to achieve business objectives .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement data-driven PPC and SEO strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Define campaign objectives , KPIs, budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage PPC campaigns across search, , retargeting, and social media channels.
- Execute and optimize Amazon PPC and Amazon SEO campaigns for product visibility and conversions.
SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization , and technical SEO improvements.Perform regular website audits to enhance user experience, performance, and search engine visibility.Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.Implement ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.Analytics, Reporting & CRO
Set up and maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels, and Google Analytics).Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions) and adjust to improve ROI.Conduct A / B testing and analyze user behavior to enhance campaign performance.Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.Content & Social Media Management
Develop and optimize SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and email campaigns.Create, edit, and repurpose videos and visuals for marketing use.Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter to boost engagement and brand awareness.Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.Email & Lead Generation
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools.Track open and click-through rates to improve lead nurturing and customer retention.Implement strategies focused on lead generation, prospect nurturing, and conversion optimization .Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with sales, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.Share key learnings, insights, and recommendations to enhance overall marketing performance.Experiment with new ad formats, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and results.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Advertising, Communications, Business Administration , or any related field.Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Amazon Advertising Certification , or HubSpot Marketing are a strong advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns, SEO projects, and digital marketing initiatives .Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.Experience in marketing renewable energy, retrofit services, and energy efficiency solutions, with expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and campaign optimization across digital platforms.Strong track record in improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns .Experience in website analytics , conversion rate optimization (CRO) , and user behavior analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar.Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads Console .Solid understanding of SEO principles , including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Skilled in using Google Search Console , Ahrefs , SEMrush , or other SEO / keyword research tools.Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data tracking, reporting, and performance insights.Experience implementing UTM tracking , conversion tracking , and managing pixels and tags .Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS , or WordPress CMS for website and landing page optimization is an advantage.Competence in using Canva, CapCut , or Adobe tools for creating and editing marketing visuals and short-form videos.Familiar with HubSpot CRM / Marketing Hub or similar automation tools for managing leads, email campaigns, and customer journeys.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Deep understanding of keyword intent, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization .Capable of forecasting traffic, conversions, and ROI using historical and real-time performance data.Requirements
