Job description

Supplier Identification & Evaluation : Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for interior fit-out and construction projects.

Cost-Effective Procurement : Ensure the cost-effective procurement of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and subcontracted services.

Quality Assurance : Maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of procurement or sourcing experience in fit-out construction, interior design, or related industries
Knowledge of local and international permits, and supplier compliance relevant to fit-out projects.
Professional certification in supply chain or procurement (eg. CIPS, CPSM)
