Key Responsibilities
Set the overall Talent Management strategy in accordance to the in in-country business priorities and following global / regional frameworks and local market trends.
Accountable for the country programs to drive succession planning, talent development, performance management, & capability building across all levels in the organization.Single point of contact for activities on the Performance Improvement Plan and Performance Development Plan.Drive integration between L&D and performance management initiatives to support holistic employee development.Learning and DevelopmentOversee the design, development, and implementation of capability-building programs across functions and levels.
Champion a learning culture that supports innovation, continuous improvement, and readiness for future roles.Ensure effective use of learning technologies (e.g., LMS) and digital platforms (e.g., internal podcasts, certification programs) to scale learning impact.Performance Management and SuccessionLead the implementation and continuous improvement of the country’s performance management framework.
Guide the execution of talent reviews, calibration sessions, and leadership pipeline development.Ensure robust Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and readiness tracking for high-potential and critical roles.Team Leadership and CollaborationManage and mentor the Talent Management Leads and Specialists across L&D and Performance functions.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Regional Talent Teams, and Business Leaders.Foster partnerships with external institutions (e.g., TESDA, universities) to support certification and industry-recognized development pathways.Partners with the HR on Country initiated engagement activity.Measurement and ReportingMonitor the effectiveness of talent programs using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
Provide leadership reports and insights on talent health, learning progress, and succession coverage.Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to workforce capability and engagement.Overall management of LMS tool and Success Factor and ensure to maximize the full utilization of the functionality and ensure accuracy of information.Key Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, with a strong background in both L&D and Performance ManagementDemonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide talent programs and driving culture changeStrong knowledge of instructional design, leadership development, performance frameworks, and succession planningExperience in stakeholder engagement at the executive level#J-18808-Ljbffr
