Job descriptionCoordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Account Management teams Serve as point-of-contact for audit and regulatory interactions relating to onboarding Represent the onboarding team in cross-functional and management meetings Supervise onboarding document analysts and support staff Conduct coaching sessions and regular performance reviews Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in the work of the team Submit weekly and monthly reports, including KPIs, QA results, and audit resolutions Monitor and address onboarding SLAs, backlog, and compliance issues Provide process documentation and policy updates Bachelor\'s Degree required (Business, Finance, or related) Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC / KYM roles in banking or fintech Preferred : ACAMS / ICA certifications, Agile or Six Sigma Certification Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel Strong understanding of BSP regulatory requirements Opportunity for career growth and development in the #1 FinTech company in the country Working with a dynamic and highly collaborative team who want to change the game A company that values their people with highly competitive and flexible compensation and benefits package Mid-Senior level Full-time Information Technology
