General Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Pasig. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate staff, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure the company's financial goals are met. They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role includes setting performance objectives, monitoring key performance indicators, and leading the company to achieve its strategic goals.

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Business Strategy Development and Implementation experience
• Strong Financial Management and Analytical skills
• Excellent Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Operational Process Optimization and Quality Assurance experience
• Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
