Job Summary :
The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding. This role ensures that the company attracts, selects, and retains qualified individuals who align with the organization’s culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment and Selection
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, up to job offer.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and post job advertisements on online job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Prepare and release job offers and employment contracts.
2. Sourcing and Talent Pooling
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
Utilize various sourcing strategies (online platforms, employee referrals, job fairs, schools, etc.).
Network with industry professionals and partners to enhance recruitment reach.
3. Onboarding and Orientation
Facilitate pre-employment requirements and ensure compliance before deployment.
Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate onboarding with other departments.
Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rate).
Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate candidate records.
Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and workforce status.
5. Employer Branding
Support initiatives that promote the company as an employer of choice.
Assist in organizing job fairs, career talks, and online recruitment campaigns.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods and online recruitment tools.
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices.
