Requirements
Responsibilities : Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies. A / B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates. Manage ad budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI, including manual bid adjustments when necessary.Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising. Requirements Hands-on role (daily monitoring+manual control when needed) rather than high-level Perform regular account checks (multiple times a day) to adjust bids, budgets, keywords, and audiences based on performance. Monitor performance dashboards in real time, analyze results, and quickly implement optimizations Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital ad best practices, applying them to live campaigns immediately Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns on multiple platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills : Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media management. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or relevant digital advertising programs.
