Hub Supervisor - Waltermart Madison

As a Hub Supervisor, you will oversee the Waltermart Madison Hub operations. You will work closely with the training team to prepare strategies and conduct training programs aimed at improving customer service, driving sales growth, and enhancing the efficiency and productivity of Hub Store Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily hub operations, including order receiving and processing.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Coordinate and assist with branch corporate sales, store pickers, delivery riders, cashiers, and control officers.
• Oversee order picking, packing, staging, scheduling, and routing of deliveries.
• Ensure timely order processing, transaction accuracy, and on-time dispatch (no late deliveries).
• Monitor and maintain delivery files, acknowledgement slips, rider logs, and other WMGD-related administrative documents.
• Support branch-level marketing efforts, including flyering, saturation, and other promotional activities.
