Head of Finance and Accounting

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, BIR regulations, and tax requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and the company’s overall financial health.
• Lead cost control initiatives including food costing, inventory, and waste management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and business expansion.
• Develop and enforce strong internal controls, accounting policies, and risk management practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain to align financial goals with business performance.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
