Job Description : Lead or was part of a team-leading a Portfolio or Project Agile transformation. Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for software and non-software Agile team.
Experience handling multiple Agile teams in various contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.). Experience in handling multiple Agile Teams and guiding Leadership, Scaled Agile roles for at least three years for software or non-software development team. Experience in facilitating Agile Scaled Events.
LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE : Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile approach (example : numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.). The ability to distinguish between what “is Agile” and what is “not Agile”. Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the organization. Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques : User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
EDUCATION : College Graduate (i.e. BS IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering). Experience in Scrum Master role is preferred.
