A graduate of any four-year degree course
Demonstrated experience in technical training, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training related to technical course
Proficient in Training Needs Analysis, Competency Assessment, and Performance Management.
Capable of facilitating training sessions or serving as a Subject Matter Expert in PDCA, 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, and other technical topics is a plus.
Skilled in creating training modules and evaluating training effectiveness.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for teaching.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to collaborate effectively with peers across various departments within the organization.
