Key Responsibilities :
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Assist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
Facilitate employee engagement programs and training sessions
Handle employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism
Coordinate with department heads for performance management support
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experience with HRIS is an advantage
