Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) to support daily financial operations using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, reconciliations, and record management, helping maintain smooth and accurate accounting workflows. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and process client invoices in Zoho Books.
Record and track accounts payable accurately and on time.
Assist with regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Support general accounting operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Handle basic accounting-related emails and correspondence (after training).
Collaborate with management to improve accounting workflows and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
Experience using Zoho Books is a must.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
