We are growing and are looking for a talented and motivated head of Outbound Sales to be part of our core team at Outsource Accelerator. Working directly with the COO and Founder, your role is highly collaborative, resourceful, and highly organized.
Responsibilities

- Lead outbound sales initiatives and collaborate with the COO / Founder to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Oversee the alignment of sales strategies with business goals and manage the performance of the outbound sales team.
- Coordinate with SDRs and leverage a high-commission structure for handling inbound leads (where applicable).
