Job description

The HRAD Manager is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws, while also supervising administrative support services to maintain smooth business operations.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3-5 years of managerial experience or assistant manager
  • With Compensation and Benefits experience
  • With experience in Manufacturing and other big companies.
  • With very good network; like manpower agencies, schools, job sites all over the PH.
  • With experienced working in a head hunter firm and manpower agency company is a plus.

Details :

  • Work onsite in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Sunday
  • Morning shift
