๐น Job Responsibilities :
๐ฅ Handle end-to-end recruitment and participate in all hiring activities
๐ Manage and update employee records (both digital and physical)
๐ Assist in staffing coordination and recruitment processes
๐ Review resumes, update the candidate database , and screen applicants
๐ Prepare reports on performance evaluations and HR documentation
๐ Support employees in resolving HR-related concerns
๐ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety
๐ค Develop employee relations practices to enhance workplace culture
๐ข Conduct and analyze exit interviews and provide actionable insights
Requirements
๐ Qualifications :
โ Bachelorโs Degree (Any Major)
โ 2-3 years of HR experience
โ Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies
โ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
โ Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
โ Highly organized and detail-oriented
