Job Description
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
Oversee sales operations across the entire country, including La Union, Naga, Davao, and Cebu, ensuring effective coverage and customer engagement.
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in IT services for financial institutions and banks.
Actively participate in consultative selling and close deals directly while supporting team members.
Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation to opportunity qualification and forecasting.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders through regular visits and strategic communication.
Travel frequently to different regions to meet customers, support the team, and attend events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Organize and participate in sales events, presentations, and customer meetings to promote company solutions.
Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and support business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience selling IT services to BFSI clients with a strong consultative sales approach.
Demonstrated ability to lead or manage a sales team with a motivational and hands-on leadership style.
Skilled in pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and accurate sales forecasting.
Highly agile and willing to travel extensively across multiple regions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field preferred.
