Job Description
Drive sales and customer growth across retail stores by optimizing product placement and acquisition strategies.
Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing issues to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor sales metrics and performance, prepare detailed reports and forecasts, and adapt strategies based on market dynamics.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business execution.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear goals and driving continuous improvement.
Oversee sales enablement initiatives, including in-store training, OEM collaboration, marketing campaigns, and data-driven insights.
Stay updated on trends in mobile financing and fin tech to identify opportunities for product and business enhancement.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in fintech, mobile, consumer electronics, financial services, or telecom.
Strong background in sales leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, with a track record of driving growth and market expansion in the financial sector.
