Job Overview :
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist with at least three years of experience to support accurate and efficient data management. This role is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information across various systems and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Review documents and information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of data integrity.
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring proper categorization and ease of retrieval.
- Identify and report data discrepancies to relevant teams for resolution.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Work Setup :

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role.Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or database systems is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Benefits

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex information. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities. Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. High level of professionalism, patience, and customer empathy. Nice-to-Have : Experience supporting SaaS, tech, or service-based products. Familiarity with knowledge base creation or process documentation.
