Architect in Charge

Lead the design and execution of architectural works for assigned projects.

Review, check, and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Supervise on-site implementation of architectural finishes and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality control for architectural finishes, detailing, and workmanship.
• Manage project documentation including design revisions, site instructions, and approvals.
• Provide technical guidance to site architects, draftsmen, and architectural teams.
• Ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables in line with project schedules.
