HR Program Management

Responsible for Process and Delivery Management, and Strategic planning of different Employee lifecycle programs, specifically in the areas of Performance Achievement, PIP, Promotion, ACM, and Regularization.

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or in related field

Experience in Process Management, Service Delivery or Delivery Management

Preferably with 5 years Supervisory experience

Work Location : Boni, Mandaluyong

Work Schedule : 8am-5 : 30pm
