Manufacturing President (Finance & HRGA)-47705 (Sta. Rosa Laguna)

Required Experience :

• Accounting knowledge required for factory and company management (ability to read and understand the three main financial statements : Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement).
• Knowledge of HR, Compliance, and overall Corporate Governance.
• The strategic leadership experience and qualities required for the role of President.
• At least three years of management experience at a manufacturing factory with 100 or more employees.
• Business level English proficiency or higher.
• Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred.

Job Description :

As the head of the Philippine subsidiary, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, including factory management, and report to the Hong Kong headquarters.
